Boasting 100% of listings sold since 2010, I have been a full-time Real Estate agent since 2002 with experience in the single family, multifamily, condominium and commercial listing and sales processes. In 2006 I began helping homeowners reduce financial stress by assisting in the completion of Short Sales, and since 2010 I have consistently exceeded the quality, accuracy and timeliness requirements of BPO's, Property Inspections and Transaction Reports. In 2016 I earned my way into the REO market and I have been a true asset to asset managers due to my extensive knowledge of the REO processes, by exceeding the quality and timeliness guidelines and by going above and beyond, thus alleviating stress and reducing the workload of the asset manager. From pre-foreclosure, inspections, evictions, property preservation, listing, selling and ongoing transaction and property management to COE, myself and my team of experts simply get the job done with no stress to you.

As a seasoned Real Estate agent, I use a top notch marketing plan and excellent sales and negotiating skills on every transaction, which brings results no matter the location or property type.
